Our goal is to share our knowledge and understanding of this exacting market with our enthusiasm and fascination for its unique and beautiful homes.
It starts with our name and our belief that the process needn’t be complicated in the right hands. At Spruce, we strive to deliver the highest impact first impression on prospective buyers with minimal impact on the home seller.
Our breadth of experience and insight into the process informs every facet of our approach to home staging. It begins with close collaboration and client support. We will help to highlight your home’s strongest features and realize its full potential when it is on the market.
Our staging design plans are tailored to each individual property, beginning with the construction date and architectural style and its location to palette to season of the year to the target buyer as identified by your realtor.
We listen, we think, we trouble shoot, and we bring our homes to market in the best possible light. Best of all, we love what we do!
